2019 NYC Carnegie Music Hall Pantheon Choir Trip

                                                   Every Life Shall Be a Song: A Choral Concert


Pantheon Choir has a wonderful opportunity to participate in the Every Life Shall Be a Song: A Choral Concert event at Carnegie Hall in New York City on Sunday January 20, 2019. More information about the concert can be found here…

Bus transportation, hotel accommodations, Broadway workshop, 2 theatre tickets, night-time security guards, a ticket for the concert, all meals, taxes, and gratuities are included in the trip cost which is set at $1005 per student.


The cost of the trip was offset by $65 per student for the Penn Brewery Fundraiser.  Additionally, a donor gave $140 per student, bringing the cost of the trip down to $800 per student.  We are waiting to hear about an additional donation and therefore have postponed the final payment until January 7, 2019. 


 The 2nd payment is due by the Concert on 12/18.   Letters were mailed on 12/13. 
 
All families will be given 2 tickets to see the Concert in NYC.  If you need additional tickets, please fill out the following form.

Mandatory Trip Meeting for Parents AND students will be at 7pm in the HS LGI on Monday January 7, 2019  You will meet your chaperone at the meeting.

We are excited to announce the details of the 2019 trip.  The Pantheon Choir has a wonderful opportunity to participate in the Every Life Shall Be a Song: A Choral Concert event at Carnegie Hall in New York City on Sunday January 20, 2019. More information about the concert can be found here…


Bus transportation, hotel accommodations, Broadway workshop, theatre tickets, 2 night-time security guards and all meals taxes and gratuities are included in the trip cost which is tentatively set at $1033 per student.

We will also need 16 chaperones!!! Tentative Chaperone cost is $600.

2pm Every Life Shall Be a Song, Stern Auditorium, Carnegie Hall
Free time in Time Square with Chaperone
Dinner at Havana Central in Times Square with entertainment

NBC Studio Tours
9pm arrival at USCHS

The fee timeline for the trip is as follows:
11/11    $350 Trip deposit (see link above) and online form are due.
               Deposit is non-refundable if the student is unable to travel

11/12 --$100 Late fee begins
              $200 Cancellation Fee begins
11/20 -- Families are responsible for the full cost of the trip if cancelled after this date
12/4   -- Final Payment Letters Mailed
12/16 -- Final Payments are Due
